FOUNDRY
Your data, your call

Delete your account and data

You can remove your Foundry account and the data tied to it whenever you want. This page explains how to do it from inside the app and how to ask us to do it for you.

Effective date
June 20, 2026
What changed
First published version, documenting the in-app deletion that already exists and the email path for people who cannot sign in.

Delete it yourself, from inside Foundry

The fastest way is to delete your account from the app. The control is already there in your profile:

  • Open Foundry and go to your Profile.
  • Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
  • Confirm your password so we know it is really you.
  • Confirm the deletion. This cannot be undone.

On the web app you can do this from your Profile page.

What gets removed

Deleting your account is permanent. We remove your sign-in, your profile, and the data tied to your account, including:

  • Your profile details and account settings.
  • Your lessons, homework, journals, reflections, and Bible studies.
  • Your messages and your pairing with any mentor.
  • Files you uploaded and your activity history.

Some records may be kept briefly where the law requires it, then removed. Anonymous, aggregated usage data that cannot be traced back to you may remain.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the in-app control, write to us at support@lifecitypdx.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and remove your account and data for you.

One thing to know first

If you are the only admin of a church or organization, you will need to hand that role to someone else before your account can be deleted, so the organization is not left without an admin. The app will tell you if this applies to you.
